AEBA Monday Night Camp | Baserunning & Infield 101
Youth Baseball Base Running & Infield Clinic
Join us Monday, January 27th from 6:30 PM to 8:15 PM for a Base Running and Infield Clinic designed for driven athletes ages 7-10 years old. This session is open to the public and focused on teaching high-level techniques to help players elevate their game. This is not a babysitting clinic—come ready to work, learn, and grow! Don’t miss this opportunity to refine your skills and gain detailed instruction from experienced coaches.
What We’ll Cover in the Clinic:
Our Youth Baseball Baserunning & Infield Clinic will provide focused instruction on key fundamentals and advanced skills, including:
Footwork and Glove Positioning: Mastering proper alignment for fielding ground balls and making quick, clean plays.
Communication: Communication eliminates confusion - we will discuss baseball talk in the infield and also on the base paths.
Leads and Reads: We will learn the proper way to take leads and what it takes to get from 1st to Home. Your son will learn more base running technique in this clinic than he’s ever learned.
Timing of Feet and Glove: Syncing movements for efficient and effective defense.
Pop Fly Drills: Building confidence and precision in catching high balls.
Turning Two: Practicing double-play techniques with precision and speed.
Defensive Positioning: Understanding where to be on the field in various game situations.
Live Situations: Putting it all together with real-time drills involving defenders and baserunners.
This clinic is for athletes ready to sharpen their skills and take their game to the next level!
