I have seen tremendous improvement in both skill and confidence for all of the boys on the 9’s team. I appreciate that the coaches know the strengths and weaknesses of a player and how to push them to challenge where they are at. I also appreciate that I never hear what is said after a practice or a game from a coach and is kept between the coaches and players. I have observed ZJ, Dennis, and Taylor approach umpires quietly and not make an unprofessional scene in front of parents or players.
