When we founded Arizona Elite Baseball Academy, we wanted to create something different — a program built on development, not player collection. Too many youth baseball organizations focus on stacking rosters or chasing short-term wins. AEBA was built to transform players — not just move them from team to team.

From the beginning, our ELITE Youth Program has been about growth, commitment, camaraderie, and culture. Every player earns their spot, learns the game the right way, and trains within a consistent developmental system. There are no “guest players” in our ELITE youth program. Every athlete is part of the family, trusted, developed, and valued for who they are becoming — not just how they perform over one-weekend.

This year, our mission has expanded — it does not change. As our reputation grew, families from across the country and even abroad wanted to experience AEBA’s developmental approach. That’s why we launched AEBA Select — a branch designed to give players outside Arizona the chance to compete in AEBA-hosted tournaments and events throughout the year.

While the Elite Program is homegrown and developmental, the Select Program is invitational and collaborative — it shares our same principles of character, competition, and growth, while opening doors for our players to build new relationships with other athletes who share the same drive and want to experience AEBA’s “ELITE” standard firsthand.
