Baseball Academy

Welcome to the Arizona Elite Baseball Academy located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Here, you are welcomed into a community of families, athletes, coaches, parents, and local partners that all share the same passion, purpose, and appreciation for the game of baseball and all of the life-lessons it can provide to the youth. Our goal is to provide a youth training ground where both the ballplayer and the younger individual can grow through the implementation of the “ELITE Standard” and our various comprehensive baseball programs.

AEBA offers three distinct programs in the 2024-2025 year:

The ELITE Program: This program is designed for selected teams of athletes aged 9-12. Each team is guided by an experienced Head Baseball Coach, focusing on the physical and mental development necessary to compete in the most competitive tournaments across the United States and against top talent worldwide.
Fundamental School of Baseball: Catering to younger athletes aged 6-9, this practice only program includes:
- Instructional Program (8u-9u): This practice-only indoor program provides foundational skills training and baseball iq development for our youngest players.
- Foundational Program (6u-7u): This practice-only indoor program provides foundational skills training for our youngest players.

OUR MISSION

Our Mission is to provide aspiring young athletes living in Arizona with a comprehensive baseball development program that fosters and nurtures a love for the game, cultivates essential skills, and promotes character development both on and off the field. Through experienced coaching, personalized training, and a positive learning environment, we aim to empower the youth to reach their full potential and succeed in the game of baseball and in life.

We maintain the highest expectations for our Arizona Elite Baseball Academy Coaching Staff. The goal? To help provide areas of development and confidence in our young players that promotes consistency at the highest level. We recognize that a baseball academy is only as good and strong as the coaches who implement it. Our coaches are hand-picked by our director, ZJ Buster, and go through a meticulous background check and interview process to ensure our young players are in the best hands for their early childhood development. We pride ourselves in having a staff who not only know the game - but love it.

Training Facilities

Based in the heart of Scottsdale, the Arizona Elite Baseball Academy is very much dedicated to making a difference for our younger athletes and their families by providing them with the top resources, instruction, facilities, and community partners in baseball. Our facility partners, including Arizona State University and DBAT-Scottsdale continue to make a positive impact leading to a memorable and rewarding childhood experience for each of our young athletes.

We are thrilled to introduce our new parent portal, designed to enhance your involvement and streamline communication within our youth baseball program. This platform has been created with you, the parent in mind, aiming to provide a seamless and convenient experience for accessing important information, staying updated on schedules and Academy events, and engaging with the program. We believe that by providing easy access to information and important dates we can get all of the boys to experience the program and things we do, together! Additionally, each team will have their own TeamSnap.
