Hi everyone! I’m ZJ Buster, the founder of Arizona Elite Baseball Academy (AEBA). Baseball has been a lifelong passion for me. With 17 years of experience in managing youth teams, operating baseball organizations, organizing competitive tournaments, and developing young players, I’ve dedicated my life to the game.

Originally from Mandeville, Louisiana, I earned an athletic scholarship out of high school to play baseball at Louisiana Tech University and Baton Rouge Community College. After three years as a college player, I transitioned into coaching and furthered my education at Louisiana State University as an Undergrad Student Manager under legendary Coach Paul Mainieri. During my time at LSU, I gained valuable insights and experiences, assisting and preparing team practices, pre-game routines, and in-game communication, which helped shape my coaching philosophy.

In 2020, I moved to Scottsdale, Arizona, and later founded Arizona Elite Baseball Academy in 2022 with a mission to build a premier developmental training ground for young athletes in the state of Arizona. Our youth program focuses on creating a winning culture that is inclusive, fun, and fosters memorable experiences for youth baseball players and their families. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of leading numerous competitive youth teams, with several players advancing to national teams and achieving great success on and off the field.

At AEBA, we believe in "Building Up Champions For Life." Our goal is to develop boys into young men, instilling in them the values of hard work, self-discipline, and sportsmanship. With a dedicated coaching staff, we are committed to providing top-tier training and development, ensuring that our athletes are prepared to excel both on and off the field.
