Game day sponsorship

Introducing Our Gameday Sponsorship Initiative: Support Our Teams!

We are excited to announce our Gameday Sponsorship Initiative, a fantastic opportunity for local businesses and community members to make a significant impact on our athletes and teams all season long. This initiative is designed to help reduce the financial obstacles that often come with playing competitive club baseball, allowing more young athletes to participate and thrive in the sport they love. We are on a mission to raise $100,000 to cover our game play entry costs for our youth program in the calendar year. The Academy spends roughly $1,500-$2,500 per weekend during the regular season, with end of season World Series between $2,500-$20,000 per team.

About the AEBA: Our program comprises 4 teams playing a total of 30+ games per month throughout the season with 2-3 teams playing each weekend. We invite businesses to sponsor individual games for $250 each.

Why a Gameday Sponsorship?

Participating in competitive baseball can be a financial challenge for many families. From travel expenses to equipment costs, the financial burden can sometimes prevent talented players from pursuing their passion or missing out on once-in-a-lifetime World Series experiences. Our Gameday Sponsorship Initiative aims to alleviate some of these costs by partnering with local businesses and community members who want to support our youth athletes.

How It Works:

Through this initiative, businesses can sponsor individual games for our teams at a rate of $250 per game. Each sponsor will receive recognition, including:

  • Their logo displayed on our website and on the gameday lineup card.

This sponsorship not only helps cover costs for the teams but also fosters a strong sense of community and support for our young athletes. Every dollar raised will go directly towards our goal of reducing game fees and ensuring that all players can participate without financial stress.

Thank you for your continued support!
