Located in the heart of Scottsdale, the Arizona Elite Baseball Academy (AEBA) is dedicated to developing motivated and driven young ballplayers through progressive and consistent team practices, group trainings, Academy Days, and private workouts. Founded by Coach ZJ Buster, the AEBA ELITE Youth Program was born from a passion to create a family-oriented baseball culture. Our goal is to teach young athletes the game of baseball, foster strong relationships, and create lasting memories through nationwide competitive play, all while providing a positive experience for athletes and their families right here in Arizona.

Our young players share a deep love for baseball and consistently demonstrate a desire to be coached to higher standards and challenged both on and off the field. We expect all of our athletes to attend weekly team practices during the season, which are held in Scottsdale. Our ELITE teams participate at the most competitive, challenging level for in-state and out-of-state tournaments.

Committed to daily improvement, our mission is to offer the best experience through top-notch resources, facilities, and baseball instruction for all young athletes.

12U Arizona Elite set to attend "baseball's finest" youth world series in cooperstown, new york in June 2024!

Our 12 year old program will attend the Cooperstown Dreams Park Experience June 1 -7.

The Arizona Elite is proud to attend the USA Baseball 11U Futures Invitational this June, in Cary, North Carolina.

Our AEBA athletes born in 2012 are proud to have an opportunity to attend the USA Futures Invitational tournament this June in Cary, North Carolina. Those who are selected to the 12U USA Baseball National team are considered from this prestigious tournament hosted in The Town of Cary. The 11U tournament will feature 24 invited Nationally represented teams.

10U Arizona Elite is Pigeon Forge bound in 2024! Tennessee, we're coming for you!

9U Arizona Elite is Omaha, Nebraska bound in 2024! Let's go!

Our 9 year old ELITE program will send it’s team and boys to play this summer in the exciting Omaha Slumpbuster World Series.
By playing in the SlumpBuster®, our boys will have an opportunity to attend a College World Series game. Triple Crown schedules the tournament so teams can make their way to beautiful Charles Schwab Stadium and watch as the best Division 1 programs in the NCAA COMPETE for a National Title. The AEBA is excited to immerse the boys and families in the excitement, check out the activities in downtown Omaha and see baseball how it was meant to be played.
