Welcome to the Arizona Elite Baseball Academy (AEBA), located in the heart of Scottsdale. AEBA is dedicated to developing motivated young ballplayers through a combination of progressive team practices, Academy Days, group training, and private/public workouts. Founded by Coach ZJ Buster, our program is built on a passion for creating a family-oriented baseball culture where athletes can learn, grow, and compete at the highest level.

Our mission is to teach the game of baseball while fostering strong relationships and creating lasting memories through nationwide competition. We aim to provide a positive experience for both athletes and families, supporting growth on and off the field.

At AEBA, our players and coaches share a deep love for baseball and embrace the challenge of high standards. Weekly team practices are held in Scottsdale, and our ELITE tournament teams compete in the most competitive divisions, both locally and at national travel tournaments.

We are committed to delivering the best possible experience for Arizona youth, offering top-tier resources, facilities, and instruction to help every player reach their potential.
